Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care is seeking an Activation Worker to plan and run daily activation, recreational and social programs for residents across our facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. The role emphasizes resident-centred care and quality of life through engaging activities.
Under the Activation Manager, you will facilitate therapy-based recreation, coordinate with staff, and ensure secure, enjoyable programs while adhering to budgets and safety standards.
