Lead loss prevention awareness at SportChek through sales-floor presence, customer acknowledgment, and secure product practices in the store environment.
Reporting to the Store General Manager, the Store Loss Prevention Lead reduces internal and external loss. You will execute the Loss Prevention Program, log incidents, and share information with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager. Coaching associates supports consistent acknowledgment responsibilities and awareness of current Loss Prevention Hotspots.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Loss Prevention presence during high-risk hours
Acknowledge customers throughout the store setting
Follow tagging standards and secure high-value products




Log incidents and liaise with Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Coach associates on acknowledgment responsibilities and current Hotspots
Requirements: High School Diploma
Six months retail experience considered an asset
Twelve months Loss Prevention or in-store security experience considered an asset
Previous employee training and mentoring experience
Valid CPR and First Aid training required
Bring retail awareness, incident reporting, associate coaching, and product security skills to SportChek Loss Prevention leadership.
