As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support project leadership throughout a major hydroelectric modernization and rehabilitation initiative. You will integrate HR processes across partner organizations, sub-consultants, and project teams. Your work will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, development, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership on strategic workforce planning
Lead project recruitment action plans with Talent Acquisition
Coordinate sub-consultant HR teams and partner relationships




Lead onboarding and support employee lifecycle activities
Ensure HR policies, audits, and reports meet legal requirements
Requirements: University degree in Human Resources Management
Over eight years of progressive HR generalist experience
Experience with employee relations and performance management
Bilingual French and English communication skills
Full time presence five days weekly at the project office
