The Role
We’re looking for driven, people-focused sales pros in Los Angeles to sell our premium flooring to retailers, builders, professional installers, and homeowners. You’ll visit customers face-to-face, show samples, and close deals.

Based out of Richmond, reporting to our Site Operations Manager.

Assigned leads + provided handle boards, displays, and pricing sheets.

Commission on every sale you influence — no limits.

You Are

A natural connector who thrives in face-to-face sales.

Competitive, energetic, and motivated by big commission checks.





Comfortable visiting multiple clients a day.

Equipped with your own vehicle.

1+ years of in-person product sales (flooring/building industry a plus).

You Will

Sell to a mix of professionals and homeowners.

Present our products with confidence and clarity.

Build and maintain strong relationships in your territory.

Promote our value vs. competitors.
