Serve personal lines clients as a Customer Service Professional at Duliban Insurance in Dunnville, Ontario, using communication and insurance expertise.
This permanent, full-time position reports to the Personal Lines Service Manager. You will manage policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, coverage quotes, and documentation. The work requires professionalism, integrity, organization, and accurate follow-up while supporting clients by phone, digitally, or in person.
Key Responsibilities: Provide quality service and resolve client discrepancies respectfully
Manage policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries
Review policies and recommend coverages based on client needs
Assist claims reporting and liaise with insurance carriers
Oversee PAL, Hagerty, and Elite specialty policies
Requirements: Minimum two years personal lines insurance experience
Valid RIBO license in valuable standing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking abilities
Availability for rotating Saturday shifts
