Regularly communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy.

Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.

Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.

Work with client global mobility personnel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies for non-immigrant and immigrant foreign national employees.

Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents.

Conduct research to support client requests and projects.

Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues, share information, and support client projects.

Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring and coaching while proactively sharing immigration knowledge and expertise.

Regularly seek out and implement opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and standardization with processes, products, or services.

Use firm technology accurately and in line with team and client protocols, ensuring accurate and complete data is entered.





Ensure self and team follow documented firm standards and policy to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational and client compliance.
