Serve CIBC clients on-site full-time as an Associate Financial Advisor, using financial advice and relationship building to guide personal and business goals.
You will understand personal and small business needs, recommend personalized solutions, and manage a mortgage client portfolio. This regular, 37.5-hour position serves the Oliver banking centre and may require travel to multiple centres. Banking centre hours can include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
Provide financial plans and comprehensive retail banking solutions
Manage mortgage client relationships individually or collaboratively
Build networks through outreach and community events




Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
Requirements: Two to three years providing financial advice
Experience achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in positive standing
Client-first, goal-oriented, and critical-thinking approach
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
Bring financial advising, investments, and client engagement experience to CIBC as an Associate Financial Advisor in Oliver.
