Support oncology patients at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre as a Registered Nurse using critical decision making and compassionate care. Permanent full-time and part-time schedules are available.
This Registered Nurse serves malignant hematology and oncology inpatient and outpatient areas at UHN. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the nurse applies nursing science, reflective practice, and the UHN Skilled Practice Model. The position requires strong assessment, communication, and patient teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, collaborative, and competent nursing care
Apply professional standards, legislation, and UHN policies
Participate in continuing education for patient population needs




Evaluate nursing practice and improve patient care quality
Use primary nursing care as the delivery model
Requirements: Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
De Souza or ONS Chemotherapy certification required
Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bring oncology knowledge, independent judgment, and patient-focused nursing practice to UHN’s malignant hematology and oncology services.
