The Senior Development Officer identifies, builds, and grows relationships with prospective and current donors. You will secure external funding for Polytech initiatives through individual, corporate, foundation, association, and organizational portfolios. The position supports fundraising campaigns, major gift targets, and RRC Polytech’s future.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and secure individual and corporate donors
Close five and six figure gifts against annual goals
Develop, implement, and evaluate moves management plans
Execute fundraising campaigns and meet major gift targets
Advance projects from inception through completion
Requirements: Degree or diploma in business, arts, or related studies
Several years of external relationship management experience
Knowledge of fundraising principles, practices, and ethics
Advanced communication, persuasion, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
Ability to travel, work remotely, and manage competing priorities
Bring major gifts, donor development, and relationship management expertise to secure funding for RRC Polytech initiatives.
