Shannex is seeking Casual Personal Support Workers for its Parkland Ancaster team. The position involves resident hygiene, daily living assistance, individualized care planning, and delegated nursing acts. You will also support leisure activities, light housekeeping, and resident safety communication.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobilizing
Support oral care, skin care, and daily living activities
Collaborate on individualized Resident Care Plans
Help plan and implement daily resident leisure activities




Report resident care or safety information to supervisors
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker diploma
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire
Advanced English proficiency; French proficiency considered an asset
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care course considered an asset
