Monitor alarms and coordinate security communications as a Security Command Centre Operator supporting field officers, management, and subcontractors. This computer-based position requires customer service.
Reporting to the SCC Manager, you will support Paladin Security’s security program through access control, video monitoring, and administrative tasks. The work includes directing officers, triaging requests, documenting incidents, and maintaining security systems. Intermediate computer skills and control centre experience support these responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor access control, intrusion, panic, and video alarms
Direct, communicate with, and instruct field officers
Answer and triage calls, emails, and service requests




Maintain shift logs, incident documentation, and reports
Complete virtual patrols, investigations, and connectivity tests
Requirements: Basic Security Training
B.C. Provincial Security License
At least six months of control centre experience
Security system administration experience with video surveillance
Intermediate computer skills
Apply security monitoring, communication, customer service, and computer skills within Paladin Security’s centralized command centre.
