Empire Envelope, a Qualico business unit, seeks a Drywall Technician for residential and commercial work. You will complete installation and repairs, document project scope, and represent the company professionally with builders, homeowners, and trades. The work primarily occurs on-site in new homes.
Key Responsibilities: Install and repair insulation and drywall for IPD
Interpret prints to locate IPD requirements
Move materials and scaffolding using efficient routes
Maintain clean sites, shops, materials, and supplies
Track hours, completed scope, pictures, and work notes
Requirements: High School Diploma
At least one year of insulation, drywall, and construction experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Valid Class 5 driver's licence and satisfactory checks
Bring drywall installation, blueprint interpretation, documentation, and safety awareness to Empire Envelope projects throughout Edmonton.
