Coordinate flight logistics and Excel-based administration for NSB Omega’s major oil and gas client in Calgary, Alberta. This part time position may offer full-time hours.
As an Intermediate Logistics Coordinator, you will support contractor travel between Calgary, Kearl, and Clarke Creek. The work involves flight planning, purchase orders, invoices, and email communication. Your coordination supports 16 rigs and approximately 20 contractors flying in and out.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate flights to Kearl and Clarke Creek
Gather contractor requests and send them to flight coordination
Rebook contractors who miss scheduled flights
Forecast flight requirements one month ahead
Handle purchase orders and resolve invoice problems
Requirements: High school diploma required
Three or more years of experience
Oil and gas experience with rig and drilling understanding preferred
Strong email and Excel skills
Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and energetic approach
Use flight coordination, purchase order, invoice, email, and Excel skills supporting oil and gas operations.
