Apply FEA and complex design analysis as a CAE Engineer supporting Flex|N|Gate Group of Companies and automotive development projects.
This CAE Engineer creates modeling plans, initiates processes and tools, and supports development and testing activities. The work includes HyperMesh, LS-Dyna, ABAQUS, CAD models, and physical testing correlation. Cross-functional collaboration supports products meeting company and customer quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform complex design analysis for current and improved products
Create finite element models using HyperMesh
Conduct crash, stiffness, and durability analyses
Correlate FEA results with physical testing
Advise structural improvements and testing procedures
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Three or more years in automotive manufacturing
Strong knowledge of HyperWorks, LS-Dyna, and ABAQUS
Knowledge of FEA, CAD models, stamping, and welding
Ability to interpret and present CAE results
Use automotive FEA, modeling, and testing expertise to advance CAE projects for Flex|N|Gate Group of Companies.
