Altum Health, a University Health Network department, seeks an experienced therapist supporting injured workers’ rehabilitation and return to work. The therapist will assess soft tissues, joint function, range of motion, and muscle strength. Treatment planning, interdisciplinary consultation, and outcome measurement are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Set client goals and provide treatment plans
Assess soft tissues, joints, movement, and muscle strength
Consult interdisciplinary health care professionals on client treatment




Evaluate progress and collect outcome measurements
Teach posture, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation techniques
Requirements: Experienced Registered Massage Therapist
Minimum one year in interdisciplinary practice preferred
Recognized Massage Therapy degree or diploma
Registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
Valid malpractice insurance proof
