This full-time leader oversees billing, payments, reconciliations, revenue management, and customer-focused service. The position develops the Student Accounts team, resolves sensitive account concerns, and supports compliance, institutional revenue, and positive student experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, coach, and manage Student Accounts team performance
Oversee billing, payments, fee assessments, collections, and reconciliations
Authorize complex transactions, refunds, adjustments, and account corrections
Manage holds, appeals, payment arrangements, and escalated concerns
Improve policies,

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
Seven to ten years’ progressive accounting or financial administration experience
