As a full-time, permanent Financial Services Representative, you will welcome members and understand their needs across everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection. Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, you will support financial goals while contributing to branch success. Schedules may include weekends according to branch hours.
Key Responsibilities: Greet members warmly and create welcoming interactions
Explore member needs across key financial areas
Recommend products, specialists, and suitable guidance
Demonstrate online tools and digital banking resources
Follow through on commitments and member updates
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar roles
