Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you will attract and screen diverse candidates for specialized operations roles. The position covers a four-to-five-month leave and emphasizes candidate and hiring manager experience. You will partner with managers, directors, and stakeholders throughout hiring.
Key Responsibilities: Draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers
Post jobs and manage advertising processes
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Screen candidates and recommend qualified applicants
Coordinate feedback, offers,



and recruiting database accuracy
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent human resources experience
Bilingual French and English communication skills required
At least five years managing recruitment highly preferred
Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Lever
Proven negotiation, sourcing, and candidate assessment abilities
