As a Technical Showroom Sales Consultant, you will support phone, email, web and showroom customers. You will help them choose wine racks, cabinets, cooling systems, accessories and custom cellar solutions. The work combines product learning, customer guidance, quotes, orders and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Greet showroom visitors professionally and provide practical product guidance
Respond to phone, email and web customer inquiries
Qualify space, goals, budget and timeline requirements
Prepare accurate quotes and sales orders
Coordinate inventory, shipping and project details internally
Requirements: Three or more years in consultative showroom or inside sales
Hands-on experience using Shopify and Shopify POS
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Ability to explain technical products clearly
Solid attention to detail and organization
Bring consultative selling, Shopify knowledge and product communication skills to Rosehill Wine Cellars’ Mississauga showroom team.
