Build member relationships as a Financial Services Representative at HMECU’s Brantford Branch, using lending knowledge and proactive communication daily.
This regular full-time FSR supports healthcare and municipal communities through in-branch, phone, and digital service. You will understand member needs, recommend financial solutions, and help members pursue their goals. The work includes lending, investments, everyday banking, and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities: Connect with members across branch, phone, and digital channels
Recommend lending, investment, and banking solutions
Assist loan and mortgage applications, documentation, and follow-up
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and investment transactions




Support campaigns, branch targets, and community events
Requirements: Two to four years’ financial services or credit union experience
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Initiative engaging members through calls and follow-ups
Understanding of financial products and services
Comfort with digital tools and systems; must be bondable
Bring proactive relationship-building, financial product knowledge, and accurate service to HMECU members from Brantford.
