Build supply chain experience at PepsiCo in Mississauga, Ontario, analyzing metrics and supporting business process development during a four-month co-op.
This HQ Supply Chain Co-op supports exposure to supply chain functions and disciplines. You may work across Sustainability, CTS, Performance, Planning, Material Supply, Repack, Procurement, or Quality. The program is designed for third- or fourth-year students studying Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and develop supply chain metrics and business processes
Report findings to team members and management as required
Organize and facilitate meetings supporting continuous process improvement
Learn to manage production staff toward production and quality goals




Build connections with peers and interact with senior leadership
Requirements: Currently pursuing Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar degree
Currently enrolled as a third- or fourth-year student
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability and competing-priority management
Commitment to working with and leading people
Develop supply chain analytics, meeting facilitation, and leadership skills while supporting PepsiCo operations in Mississauga.
