Sell products and coach staff in selling skills
Monitor customer service results and communicate objectives
Book event appointments and manage annual event schedules
Mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate department staff
Requirements: Proven sales experience achieving sales goals
Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
Previous experience leading a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
