As a Leasing Specialist, you will support high occupancy rates by guiding prospective residents through the rental process. Starlight Investments manages more than 77,000 multi-residential suites across Canada. The position combines sales activity, market comparisons, credit checks, applications, and follow-up. Success requires two years of direct sales experience, organizational ability, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities: Set up open houses for prospective residents
Book appointments by telephone and online
Show properties and explain available amenities




Conduct credit checks and market comparisons
Complete rental application paperwork and follow-up calls
Requirements: Two years of direct sales experience
Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organization, multitasking, flexibility, and adaptability
