Deliver qualified nursing care at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, using surgical nursing expertise across urology and vascular patients. Work in person across days, nights, and weekends.
As a Registered Nurse on A4 South Urology/Vascular, you will care for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. You will provide independent nursing services, administer prescribed treatments, lead within the health care team, and coordinate care and discharge. The position operates under general supervision of the Program Team Manager. It requires recent surgical nursing experience and current CRNM registration. Nurses currently working on the unit are deemed qualified.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional registered nursing services to patients




Deliver independent nursing services within documented scope
Administer prescribed medical treatments to patients
Provide leadership within the health care team
Coordinate patient care and discharge
Requirements: Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing education program
Current registration with the CRNM
Recent surgical nursing experience
Complete the scheduled Advanced Assessment Course
Practice within the RHPA documented scope
