As a Filling Operator, you will fill IV solutions in various bag sizes and prepare assemblies for sterilization. The position requires repetitive manufacturing tasks, quality checks, and adherence to GMP requirements. You will work within Baxter’s around-the-clock manufacturing operations while following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Fill IV solutions in various bag sizes
Inspect bags for volume, coding, dates, and lot numbers
Place bags into protective over-wrap
Load sealed assemblies onto sterilizer trucks
Document rejects and rework bags when necessary
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP environment
Experience performing repetitive tasks
Ability to pass the ergonomic assessment
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
Apply filling, inspection, weighing, and GMP skills while producing IV bag assemblies at Baxter’s Alliston manufacturing facility.
