Bring advanced Excel and analytical skills to an Accounts Receivable Analyst position with the RI-MUHC in Montreal, working hybrid.
The Finance team supports end-to-end receivables operations across research grants, contracts, and administrative and operational revenues. This full-time position covers cash application, monitoring, collections, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. French and English communication supports regular contact with researchers and international students.
Key Responsibilities: Apply incoming payments to appropriate accounts and invoices
Investigate unidentified, partially applied, and misapplied payments
Maintain accurate accounts receivable entries and invoice records
Monitor aged receivables and follow up on outstanding balances




Prepare aged reports and analyses for Finance and management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
Minimum three years of accounts receivable or finance experience
Advanced oral and written French and English
Advanced Excel skills and robust analytical capabilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Support accurate payment processing, reconciliations, collections, and reporting as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at the RI-MUHC.
