The Equipment Operator supports safe, productive yard operations by loading, unloading, sorting, and moving ferrous materials. You will coordinate with scale operators, office staff, and yard personnel to maintain traffic flow and minimize congestion. The work includes equipment maintenance, radio communication, and accurate recordkeeping. Interpro Recycling requires a safe, healthy, and injury-free approach for all jobs.
Key Responsibilities: Operate loaders, cranes, grapple cranes, shears, and related equipment
Load trucks accurately, safely, and efficiently
Unload transport trailers and sweep excess material




Stockpile and sort metals in designated areas
Maintain equipment fluids, logs, and operational records
Requirements: High school completion or equivalent
One year operating heavy equipment within the last three years
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of yard operations and ferrous metal classifications
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Bring heavy equipment operation, radio communication, and safety awareness to Interpro Prairie Recycling Inc.'s ferrous materials yard.
