As a Sales Assistant reporting to the Manager, Sales and Marketing, you will support customers throughout the home buying process. The work includes show home tours, product information, appointment booking, customer tracking, financing assistance, and administrative coordination. Residential home building experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide excellent service as first contact
Lead show home tours and explain products and purchasing
Answer calls, emails, and book customer appointments
Qualify purchasers, track information, and assist with financing




Maintain show homes, sales centres, records, and supplies
Requirements: Minimum six months sales or sales-support experience
Strong written communication and active listening skills
Microsoft Office, CRM, and accounting software proficiency
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
Satisfactory criminal record and driver’s licence verification
Bring customer service, sales support, and administrative skills to Sterling Homes while guiding Edmonton-area buyers through current home purchases.
