Deliver packages efficiently for FedEx in Timmins, using route coverage, customer service, and a full valid Class G licence. This is an interview position.
The Senior Courier provides courteous pickup and delivery on assigned coverage routes. You will check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service and provide related customer service. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous package pickup and delivery
Cover open routes when assigned couriers are absent
Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service features
Provide related customer service functions
Work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Six months of previous courier experience
Full valid Class G licence and positive driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
Successful mandatory driver assessment and required training
Use courier experience, safe driving, and customer service skills to support FedEx route coverage and package delivery in Timmins.
