Maintain electronic component databases and CAD libraries at Paradox Security Systems, supporting accurate hardware documentation and revision control. Work on products exported worldwide.
This specialist supports Paradox’s Hardware Department with component research, engineering records, and technical documentation. You will manage OrCAD Capture/CIS and Allegro library information, evaluate datasheets, and coordinate documentation with Engineering, Purchasing, testing, and manufacturing partners. The work supports complete security, access control, home automation, cloud, mobile, and video products.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain electronic component databases and CAD libraries
Correct duplicate, incomplete, or obsolete library records
Research and qualify components against stated requirements




Maintain BOMs, AVLs, and component information
Organize schematics, layouts, Gerber files, and drawings
Requirements: College diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
At least three years in electronics or hardware
Ability to evaluate datasheets and technical specifications
Strong organization, accuracy, and revision-control skills
Valuable English technical writing and communication skills
Apply electronic component knowledge, CAD library management, and documentation accuracy to globally deployed Paradox hardware products.
