Coordinate Calm Air’s occupational health and safety programs while investigating hazards, incidents, and corrective actions across companywide operations.
This coordinator works alongside Calm Air’s Quality & Safety team to identify workplace hazards and improve safety outcomes. The position supports management, supervisors, managers, employees, and occupational health and safety committees. Key work includes audits, risk assessments, investigations, training, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and improve the companywide health and safety program
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
Conduct site audits and develop corrective actions
Organize monthly occupational health and safety meetings




Provide guidance on occupational health and safety matters
Requirements: One to three years’ experience in a related role
Occupational Health and Safety diploma considered an asset
Knowledge of federal health and safety legislation considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and internal systems
Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances
Support Calm Air’s safety systems through hazard identification, auditing, investigations, regulatory knowledge, and corrective action development.
