As Practice Manager, you will improve productivity, operational excellence, and organic patient growth. The position covers compliance, patient safety, staffing, payroll administration, and accounts receivable. You will also coach the team, support recruitment, and manage business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Build plans that improve daily practice operations
Review business indicators and provide team coaching
Manage compliance programs and prioritize patient safety
Lead recruitment, staffing costs, and payroll administration




Oversee accounts receivable and company program implementation
Requirements: University or college diploma in business or office administration
Three to five years as a Dental Practice Lead or Manager
Supervisory experience with scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management
Solid business acumen and budgeting and forecasting experience
Dental software and Microsoft Office experience preferred
