Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product inquiries at the counter
Source additional products and process customer orders
Pick, ship, receive, and replenish warehouse stock
Confirm stock availability and maintain counter shelves
Build brand recognition through customer experiences
Requirements: One to two years of counter sales or warehouse experience
Approachable communication style and customer relationship skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Basic understanding of Microsoft and computer systems
Forklift experience of one to five years is an asset
