:

Experience: 8+ Years in Data Engineering / BI / Analytics

Must-haves:

- Hands-on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Dataflow Gen2, Notebooks, Direct Lake, Pipelines)
- Power BI: semantic models, complex DAX, executive dashboards
- Advanced SQL and Python; star-schema modelling
- Experience leading a technical team while still hands-on
