As a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering, you will lead internal communications design, integration, verification, and implementation. Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee internal communication systems engineering work
Develop architectures, select components, and assess technical risks
Lead design and laboratory integration efforts
Review specifications, interfaces, trade studies,
and engineering analyses
Prepare design reviews and manage configuration documentation
Requirements: Extensive shipboard internal communications systems design experience
Knowledge of systems engineering processes and software tools
Experience delivering complex defence projects
Experience leading diverse teams and managing resources
Bachelor’s degree with six years’ relevant experience, or equivalent
