As a Department Specialized Associate, you will drive sales in Walmart’s highly specialized electronics business. You will provide product information, answer questions, recommend products, and retrieve merchandise from locked cabinets. The position also includes standard floor associate work and complex product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer service over task completion when moments require attention
- Provide electronics product information and answer customer questions
- Recommend products and retrieve merchandise from locked cabinets
- Complete zoning, price changes, and CAP/VizPick processes
- Launch complex products and train other store areas
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Product knowledge in a specialized electronics business
- Ability to complete standard floor associate work
- Ability to set and complete modulars
- Ability to promote Walmart programs and offerings
