As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager, or Head Coach, across sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, or a particular business area. You will manage store functions in the Head Coach’s absence while advancing short-term objectives. The work connects daily activities with brand plans, company mission, and store initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned sales, merchandising, operations, or accounting functions
Perform store management functions during Head Coach absence
Coordinate daily activities for business support staff




Set team priorities and coordinate supervisors’ work activities
Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities
Requirements: Extensive retail experience
Two or more years of management experience
Passion for sports or sports fashion
Availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and some overnights
