As an entry-level Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will recruit interns and new graduates across engineering and construction groups. The work includes resume screening, interviews, intake meetings, and end-to-end recruiting. You will build manager relationships while connecting business needs with talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities: Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
Plan and execute career fairs and information sessions
Run recruiting processes using established systems and tools
Conduct intake meetings and provide market insights
Develop sourcing strategies for staffing needs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
One to two years of full lifecycle recruiting preferred
Robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Commitment to ethics, integrity, and safety
Use campus recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing expertise to help Kiewit attract interns and new graduates in Burnaby.
