PetSmart’s Experience Leader provides leadership and service while upholding company values, strategy, and brand standards. You will coach associates, support development, protect pet safety, and drive targeted store results. The role spans services, events, operations, and business management.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and support associate development
Prioritize, delegate, and validate daily associate tasks
Lead pet parent experiences across store services
Respond to general and escalated pet parent concerns
Drive sales, shrink, labor, and supply outcomes
Requirements: Three to five years of retail leadership experience
Full time availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in computer applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
