Support youth housing participants through intensive case management and crisis support as a permanent, full time Caseworker with JHSS.
Under the Program Manager, you will connect participants with community supports and provide client-centred assistance. The work requires communication, organization, professional judgment, and case management skills. You will help youth understand program expectations while encouraging self-help and non-violent problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: Explain and reinforce program guidelines and participant expectations
Provide intensive one-on-one, client-centred case management
Connect youth with relevant community supports
Provide stabilization, crisis, and emotional support




Maintain confidentiality and model positive behaviour
Requirements: Relevant education or one year of practical experience
Experience supporting people affected by homelessness, trauma, or addiction
Strong writing, communication, organizational, and time management skills
Valid insurable Saskatchewan driver's licence
Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks completed before starting
