UHN seeks a Medical Radiation Technologist for a temporary full-time, one-year assignment in Interventional Radiology. The technologist performs procedures using advanced systems and equipment while following legislation, clinical standards, and departmental procedures. The position includes patient care, communication, scheduling, and professional activities.
Key Responsibilities: Perform Interventional Radiology procedures with multidisciplinary teams
Use advanced systems and equipment safely
Provide exceptional care to patients, families, and caregivers
Coordinate schedules and prioritize emergency or add-on cases
Participate in teaching, mentoring, and professional development
Requirements: CMRITO registration
CAMRT registration preferred
Current BCLS Level II certification
Hospital technologist experience considered an asset
Robust communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
