Process banking transactions and advise customers as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Langley, British Columbia. This is a 15-hour prospect.
At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal and Commercial Banking customers through service transactions, product information, and banking solutions. The position requires customer experience skills, discretion, and accurate execution while identifying needs and referring customers appropriately. You will also help maintain positive team effectiveness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely
Connect personally while explaining banking processes clearly
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet use
Calm, courteous, accurate, and detail-oriented communication
Use customer service, transaction processing, and banking knowledge to support TD customers and solutions in Langley.
