As a Training Specialist, you will develop, deliver, and manage initiatives supporting Clearview clients and internal teams. The work includes user guides, tutorials, multimedia presentations, webinars, workshops, and on-site sessions. You will adapt content for different audiences and learning levels.
Key Responsibilities: Create user guides, tutorials, and multimedia presentations
Deliver webinars, workshops, and in office training sessions
Maintain recorded training sessions for on-demand access
Coordinate schedules and prioritize training requests




Improve programs using feedback and assessment results
Requirements: Proven Training Specialist experience, preferably in SaaS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience with virtual training platforms and tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
