The Human Resources Business Partner supports Huawei Canada as a strategic HR partner. You will guide managers on HR regulations, policies, performance issues, and employee relations. The position also contributes to recruitment, organizational development, and HR program administration.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute talent management and engagement initiatives
Support managers with employee relations and performance issues
Oversee local recruitment initiatives and recruiter progress
Develop programs, procedures, and guidelines for HR priorities
Analyze data supporting talent, performance,



and compensation programs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational management, or business
Five or more years of HR Business Partner experience
Solid knowledge of Canadian employment law and practices
Understanding of talent mapping, sourcing, screening, and selection
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
Bring Canadian employment law, talent management, and manager coaching expertise to Huawei Canada’s Human Resources team.
