Support children’s safety, development, and well-being as a flexible Float at Regina South Early Learning & Childcare Centre. Work full time, Monday to Friday.
This permanent Float position provides hands-on care while covering Early Childhood Educators, Developmental Workers, and Nutrition Specialists. You will implement developmentally appropriate programs, personal care plans, therapies, adaptive equipment, meal plans, and documentation. The role reports to the Early Learning & Childcare Manager and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities: Provide active supervision and inclusive daily experiences
Cover ECE, DW, and Nutrition Specialist programming
Implement care plans, therapies, and behavior interventions
Prepare meals and maintain food safety standards
Document learning,



attendance, behaviors, and family communication
Requirements: Work toward relevant disability support or early learning education
Complete Food Safety and current First Aid/CPR training
Demonstrate childcare experience with wide-ranging abilities
Communicate and collaborate with families and professionals
Hold a valid driver’s license and work flexible shifts
Bring flexibility, inclusive childcare, documentation, and collaboration skills to support children across Regina South program responsibilities.
