As Team Lead, you will collaborate with management to support store performance and an outstanding customer experience. You will coach colleagues, maintain visual presentation, and help execute daily operations. The position requires retail leadership experience, communication skills, and knowledge of store operations, including cash management and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to sales goals, company objectives, and key performance indicators
Assist with opening, closing, cash management, and scheduling support
Maintain clean, consistent, welcoming merchandising and visual presentation




Coach team members through training and constructive feedback
Lead on the sales floor and resolve customer concerns
Requirements: Six or more months of retail leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team
Solid communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow
Passion for fashion and knowledge of fashion trends
