Working under store management supervision, the Merchandise Associate handles goods from receipt through sales-floor placement. The position includes checking merchandise, correcting prices, preparing transfers, and maintaining organized storage. Customer service and adherence to head office procedures are also required.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and account for merchandise receipts and shipment orders
Identify potential errors in merchandise shipments and receipts
Label merchandise with correct prices and make corrections
Prepare products for store or distribution centre transfers




Maintain an organized backstore and productive sales-floor placement
Requirements: Comfort with physical work and lifting heavy merchandise
Organized, efficient, methodical, autonomous, and resourceful approach
Experience handling goods is an asset
Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Support accurate receiving, merchandise transfers, pricing, and backstore organization as a dependable full time Merchandise Associate.
