The position helps implement an integrated cooperative model for the Cochrane district. It supports timely access, maternity care oversight, referrals, and continuity across care settings.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, screen, immunize, and support obstetrical patients
Operate outpatient clinics and streamline referrals
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered prenatal and primary care
Order diagnostic tests and coordinate continuity of care




Plan and implement the collaborative maternal-child program
Requirements: Registration and good standing with the respective regulating body
Minimum three years’ experience with obstetrical patients
Maternal Child Program registered nursing experience considered an asset
Experience in program development and education
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and standardized procedures
