Key Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive health and mental health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans
Develop individualized care plans for clients

Requirements: Current CNO registration as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience in mental health or related clinical settings
Strong diagnostic and medication management skills
