Lead dock operations at Midland Transport’s Dartmouth Terminal, coordinating trailers, drivers, freight priorities, and door walks across scheduled shifts.
As Dock Supervisor, you will execute the dock plan developed by managers while assigning trailers and ensuring trailer functionality. You will prioritize freight, assign loads, manage direct reports, and develop freight handlers. The position also supports departure times, cubing, re-weigh, and OS&D; claim control.

Staff shifts efficiently and effectively
Requirements: Five to eight-plus years of experience
Knowledge of dock operations and procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Secondary school, trade certification, or college diploma an asset
Availability for weekend twelve-hour shifts and two weekdays
